BTB (Nigeria)
Moved by the poverty in the grassroots of our country, Nigeria, Back – To – Balance (BTB), in collaboration with cooperative societies has been able to grant micro credit to individuals as cooperatives to help their business etc in the following states and help to educate on health issues like HIV/AIDS.

BTB (Abroad)
- Has also been promoter of the rich and diversified culture in our country Nigeria by organizing cultural shows and encourage people to set up cultural groups, exposing Nigeria Artists and artistes (Nollywood) by exhibition/supporting their art works abroad.
- Rendering free medical care for Nigerians and Irish in Dublin.
- Working with the social welfare department to bring an understanding of our ways to fostering parents and authorities in the Republic of Ireland on how to handle our Nigerian children and culture.
VPI
- Hope to Bring together competent medical, non medical professionals and concerned citizens to support health services in the rural areas.
- Is Encouraging well equipped private hospitals and laboratories all over the country to donate time, medical staff and surgeries as it rolls on from state to state.
- Hopes to Involve nurses and Doctors abroad in amore structured way.
- Cooperating and collaborating with government, non government organizations and international agencies to deliver health services to rural area e.g. National Malaria Control, Home management of Malaria, NACCA.
- Screening for diseases
- Collating statistical data in rural area of Nigeria.
- Training youth in Information Technology on health data collection
- Providing employment for youth in the rural areas.
- Support Widows and the elderly in the rural areas through a welfare system set up.
