Background:
BTB (Back To Balance): Is the mother of VPI, was founded in 1996 and registered as a health multi-racial, multi- religious and organization and was a legally recognized body under the provisions of the companies and allied matters decree of 1990 (CAP 59) of the federal Republic of Nigeria.
As a limited company which funded NGO's set up until the NGO could function by them selves. BTB runs clinics in Ireland to raise funds which was then brought home to Nigeria to give as Microfinance/support widows. etc.
VPI: Voluntary promotive intervention is an initiative of Dr. Mrs. Esohe RoseMarie Eno-Mark with an intention to encourage all medical practitioners and concerned/dedicated patriots convey a health screening and health data collection of prevalent diseases in every village of our vast country Nigeria.
MANDATE: Moving Health service at rural area towards promotive and disease prevention rather than mainly treatment of disease and their complication.
